Warping winch 1-VA-30-AHB-2D, 2 off Capstan CA-3,0-320-AHB, Thruster S-40-50-V40, Thruster S-60-80-V80

1 off Warping winch type 1-VA-30-AHB-2D large drum

in seawater resistant aluminium and stainless steel.

The winch has a fixed drum and automatic hydraulic multiple disk brake integrated in gear.

Over centre valve/shock valve and maneuvervalve for variable pump, LS.

Drum dimensions:

D =	1650 mm
d =	400 mm
L =	1700 mm

Drum capacity: 1750 m ø 56mm rope, or 2850 m ø 44mm rope.

Pulling force 1. layer:	30 tons at 300 bar.
Pulling force middle layer:	10 tons at 300 bar.
Pulling force full drum:	6,7 tons at 300 bar.
Pulling speed 1. layer of drum:	21 m/min at 300 litres.
Pulling speed middle layer:	69 m/min at 300 litres. (ie approx 25 min to wind full drum)
Braking force :	35 tons.

1 off 2 speed valve arrangement.

Winch delivered with valves for 2 speed. Manual exchange.
Doubles speed from 69 m/min to 138 m/min halving the pulling force.
This means 1750 m hawser in 12,5 min in stead of 25 min at pulling force 15 t on 1. layer.

1 off El-activation of manoeuvre valve for connection to remote control.

1 off tension measuring for warping winch up to 60 tons.

Winch delivered with special bolts, tubes and disks for flexible installation of

winch on deck foundation.

2 off brackets with load cells for welding on deck at rear edge of winch.
Panel in wheelhouse for reading of tension.

2 off Capstan CA-3,0-320-AHB-DM.

Capstan delivered with pedestal in aluminium with flange for mounting on deck.

Flange on top disk with guide edge and drilling for fitting of MBH capstan.

Manoeuvre valve for variable LS system.

Pulling force: 3,0 t at 190 bar

Pulling speed: 20m/min at 49 litres/min.

Warphead dimensions:

D = 410 mm
d = 320 mm
H = 300 mm

2 off electric foot pedal on cable.

El-activated manoeuver valve for variable LS system mounted inside pedestal.

Foot pedal with 5 m of cable and two directions of rotation included, IP 66.

Termination of cable at bushing in pedestall.

1 off thruster type S-40-50-V40

yielding 50 Hp at 350 bar and 66 litres/min (1670 rpm)

Propeller: D=400 mm

Tunnel: D= 450 mm

1 off thruster type S-60-80-V80

yielding 80 Hp at 1450 rpm and 330 bar and 116 litres.

Propeller: D = 500 mm

Tunnel: D = 536 mm

Tunnels delivered in seawater resistant aluminium.

Propeller in nickel bronze, externally adjustable.

1 off Manoeuver valve, PVG 100.

2 sections, el activated, prop medium.

2 off Control panel with 2 sticks type PVREL IP 67 in each panel, on/off switch on each panel.

Sticks with self hold function.

2 off Kawasaki K3VL140 variable pump with flow control

with L.S. control for running of all hydraulics.

Delivered with pressure filter, return filter, safety valve, manometer and oil cooler.

Working pressure 350bar, flow 2x 205 l/min at 1500 rpm.

2 off tank accessories:

Airing/ filling top with strainer, level glass, alarmtransmitter for temperature and level for fitting on tank.

Alarm panel for temperature/level on tank plus filterindicator from pressure and returnfilter,

Size of tank 2-2,5x flow

One tank in each hull with overflow makes it function as one common oil reservoir.
