We have delivered the following equipment to Larsnes Mekaniske Verksted

1 off  MOB davit type: A-type SWL 2,5 tons

Produced in aluminium.
Cylinder in aluminium with stainless steel piston rod.

Equipped with DnV type appoved aluminium winch type MV-2,5-AHB, with automatic hydraulic brake.

Pull: 2,5 t ved 170 bar
Speed : 30 m/min ved 60 l/min

 

The delivery also includes:

-Maneuvre valves 
-Wire

-Hook

 

 

32 litres accumulator for MOB-arrangement
32 l accumulator which allows complete launch of boat from position in cradle to sea during dead ship conditions.

 

1 off Anchor winch type 1-AV-24K2  in seawater resistent aluminium and stainless steel.
Fixed drum with manual band brake.
Ball valve for bypass of motor for launching of anchor during dead ship conditions.

 

Pulling force/pulling speed:

Pulling force on empty drum:  5,6  tons at 200 bar
Pulling force on middle layerl : 3,8  tons at 200 bar
Pulling speed on 1. layer :  15  meters/min at 66 liter/min
Brake force  : 27  tons ( 80% of bl chain)

Capasity 250 m 22mm wire (6 x 36 IWRC) + one layer K2 24mm chain.

Mechanical claw coupling at drum for launching of anchor.

Warping head and coupling arrangement in seawater resistant aluminium, shaft in hardened stainless steel.
