Towing winch, Towing automatic control
1 Off Towing winch type ISO 7365-H-22 in aluminium and stainless steel.
-automatic hydraulic band brake.
-automatic counter for length of wire, readable on Scantrol display in wheelhouse.
-tension control, adjustable both from winch and from panel in wheelhouse.
-load cell fitted at base of brake for measurement of tension when brake is activated.
-two-speed motor for double speed at half power.
-hydraulic free wheeling of drum via hydraulic motor.
-centre shield dividing drum in two departments, split shield enabling running wire from one
department to the other.

The winch is produced and tested according to the requirements in ISO 7365.
1 off Scantrol TC 400 1LTC Towing program.
Scantrol towing program for programming of distance to tow and expected tension.
System automatic increasing or reducing tension, winch pulling or rendering, to keep
tow within set distance.
1 off Rexroth A11 VO 95cc flow controlled variable hydraulic pump with L.S. control for
operation of remaining hydraulics.
Delivered with pressure filter, return filter, security valve, manometer and cooler.
Working pressure 350 bar, delivers 138l/min at 1500 rpm.
Moment on pump for checking of power output will be approx 550 Nm.
1 off Oil reservoir:
Oil reservoir 350 litres in aluminium with ventilating/filling top with strainer, level eye, alarm transmitter
for temperature and level for fitting on tank.
Alarm panel for temperature/level on tank as well as filter indicator from pressure and return filters.
1 off Mekanord PTO type PTO13:
PTO for 430HS gives nr 8-0103
Moment 900Nm.
SAE D spline and flange towards pump.
Step up 1:1,29
Hydraulic multiple disk clutch with magnetic valve 24 V, 1 coil and return spring.
